TalentWorld is recruiting a Senior Oracle HCM Architect in Victoria, British Columbia for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional and technical design workshops to align business requirements with Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
- Optimize processes following Oracle HCM best practices, tailored to specific organizational needs.
- Manage system configurations, data migration, and quality assurance for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert, resolving complex issues and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Foster collaboration between business and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements for system performance.
- Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience within the last 15 years implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, such as CoreHR, Compensation, Time & Labour, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruitment.
- Experience as a lead architect in at least 3 full implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud projects.
- Hands-on experience with payroll and human capital management systems.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM processes and system knowledge.
- Experience working with large organizations (500+ employees), preferably in the public sector or crown corporations.
- Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management Certification.
- Strong analytical skills and systematic problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience reporting to senior leadership.
- Ability to manage, mentor, and collaborate effectively with junior staff.
- Experience collaborating on business process enhancements and system optimizations.
- Salary: $150HR - $160HR
- Benefits: 37.5 hours weekly, Contract, Full-time, Hybrid
- Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
- Other: 18 months contract, possibility of extension
