TalentWorld is recruiting a Senior Lead Enterprise Architect in Victoria, British Columbia for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of future-state architecture visions and agile-format timelines.
- Implement cloud strategies (Private Cloud, Public Cloud) for scalability and integration.
- Modernize legacy systems to ensure current security and functionality.
- Drive data strategy and integration services for Business Intelligence.
- Facilitate business-driven discussions to align architectural solutions with goals.
- Conduct gap analysis and prioritize transformation initiatives.
- Communicate technical concepts to senior leadership effectively.
- Foster continuous learning and IT staff development.
- Ensure alignment of business and IT strategies through governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture roles.
- Proven expertise in implementing complex IT projects and strategic planning.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Private Cloud, Public Cloud).
- Familiarity with legacy system modernization and integration strategies.
- Experience in the public sector is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or designations (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are beneficial.
- Salary: $110HR - $130HR
- Benefits: 37.5 hours weekly, Contract, Full-time, Hybrid
- Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
- Other: 12 months contract, possibility of extension
