TalentWorld is recruiting an Organizational Change Management Consultant in Victoria, British Columbia for one of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning sessions and analysis to improve organizational performance.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to address business challenges and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to articulate strategic objectives and action plans.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to align stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on project findings and recommendations.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for successful delivery.
  • Advise senior leadership on organizational change and strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support project implementation and sustainability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Professional designation such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategic planning and organizational improvement.
  • Proven experience working within the public sector, preferably with senior executive management levels.
  • Strong understanding of public sector operations, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities, with experience in facilitating workshops and delivering executive-level reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving goals and driving change.
Employment Details
  • Salary: $110.00HR
  • Benefits: 37 hours weekly, Contract, Full-time, Hybrid
  • Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday to Friday
  • Other: 6 months contract, possibility of extension
