As the Senior Bilingual Financial Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of the Financial Operations team. You'll be reviewing and maintaining financial policies, recommending updates, and ensuring adherence to accounting principles. You'll also design and provide training, support business units, and execute quarterly procedures, analysis, and reports.

Bilingual Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager and Executive Director on strategic planning for financial policies.
- Manage projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Advise on significant deviations from project plans.
- Analyze current policies compared to best practices and make recommendations.
- Develop and coordinate training tools for new or updated policies.
- Monitor adherence to policies and provide guidance to managers.
- Conduct scheduled post-audits on financial transactions.
- Prepare and execute quarterly procedures, analysis, and reports.
Bilingual Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- CPA designation or working towards it.
- Fluent in English and French.
- 3-5 years of experience in Policy, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting, and Audit.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS guidelines, and financial operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
