Operations Officer I Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for Operations and Business Services function.
- Implement and maintain data classification standards and retention policies across designated shared drives.
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify redundant, obsolete, or trivial (ROT) data and take appropriate actions in accordance with established retention policies.
- Maintain accurate records of data classification decisions and retention schedules, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with relevant functions or partners to facilitate resolution and uphold service quality standards.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
- Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 1 year of financial/ banking, operational expertise, and familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prior experience working in a banking environment, understanding banking operations and procedures.
- Experience handling customer information and sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
- Strong customer service skills with experience in interacting professionally with clients or customers.
- Prior experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within a financial or banking context.
- Salary: $20.05 an hour
- Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
- Training: On-site
- Duration: 6 months contract with possibility of extension
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
