- Overseeing the planning and execution of capital projects up to $1,000,000 within manufacturing site limits.
- Lead a team of 3 Project Engineers
- Ensuring excellence in managing project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting.
- Managing procurement, vendors, and subcontractors for seamless project operations.
- Leading project close-out activities and updating documentation for future reference.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to improve project efficiency.
- Incorporating regulatory requirements into project concepts to ensure compliance.
- Ensuring installed machinery complies with company production policies and safety/environmental standards, conducting comprehensive environmental evaluations and risk analyses
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Project Management designation and/or PMP certification (P.Eng an asset)
- Process control experience within a continuous flow manufacturing plant.
- 5 years of project management experience, in a manufacturing plant.
- Strong experience working with automated systems/conveyors.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong experience with MS Office products.
