You will join the Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. Your main responsibility will be overseeing the development and execution of capital projects within the manufacturing site boundaries.

Project Manager Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of capital projects up to $1,000,000 within manufacturing site limits.
  • Lead a team of 3 Project Engineers
  • Ensuring excellence in managing project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting.
  • Managing procurement, vendors, and subcontractors for seamless project operations.
  • Leading project close-out activities and updating documentation for future reference.
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to improve project efficiency.
  • Incorporating regulatory requirements into project concepts to ensure compliance.
  • Ensuring installed machinery complies with company production policies and safety/environmental standards, conducting comprehensive environmental evaluations and risk analyses
Project Manager Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Project Management designation and/or PMP certification (P.Eng an asset)
  • Process control experience within a continuous flow manufacturing plant.
  • 5 years of project management experience, in a manufacturing plant.
  • Strong experience working with automated systems/conveyors.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong experience with MS Office products.
