TalentWorld is recruiting a Product Manager in Toronto, Ontario for one of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead product planning and development, defining vision and strategy.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market and customer insights.
  • Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Drive product launches and act as a product evangelist.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and optimize as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support sales, support, and operations teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching products.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch to retirement.
  • Proficiency in creating MRDs (Market Requirements Documents), PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), and product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, including resource management and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in the public sector or government projects is required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
Employment Details
  • Salary: $75.00HR - $80.00HR
  • Benefits: 37.5 hours weekly, Contract, Full-time, Hybrid
  • Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
  • Other: 10 months contract, possibility of extension
