TalentWorld is recruiting a CRM Implementation Specialist in Toronto, Ontario for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop hosting technology solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
- Create business design documents and define functional/non-functional requirements.
- Develop application flows and conduct user research and usability testing.
- Design user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Implement change management methodologies and document test strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Maintain adherence to corporate quality assurance standards and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Designation or certification in Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM is required.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
- Proven experience in the public sector, particularly with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model.
- Proficiency in UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and rational unified process (RUP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Salary: $75.00HR - $80.00HR
- Benefits: 37.5 hours weekly, Contract, Full-time, Hybrid
- Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
- Other: 3 months contract, possibility of extension
