Our client is hiring a dynamic Account Manager, who will leverage their strong customer service, sales, and collaboration skills across Vancouver, British Columbia, to exceed expectations and provide the very best customer experience.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage portfolio of assigned clients while overseeing the day to day of their operations.
  • Focus on client retention, growth of new accounts, and value selling other business offerings, while consistently ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Supervisors to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Work with Business Development team to help achieve growth objectives.
  • Manage client staffing levels and recruitment with Talent Acquisition Colleagues.
  • Travel to the assigned accounts for client and site team visits.
  • Coach all site team members, in addition making sure the client is happy with team performance.
  • Consistently meet KPIs to ensure client and business expectations are satisfied.

Account Manager Qualifications:
  • Ability to create a positive work environment and team atmosphere.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak in public settings and complete presentations.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to coach, mentor and develop site team members.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills, organizational and analytical skills.

Employment conditions:
  • Full-time, permanent
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM
  • Benefits, 3 weeks vacation and RRSP matching
  • Competitive salary based on experience (70-75K)
