TalentWorld is currently hiring for an experienced Senior Customer Journey Event Specialist to work for our client, a luxury automotive manufacturer and retailer specializing in high-performance sports cars, SUVs and sedans.
The Senior Customer Journey Event Specialist will research, develop, plan, and execute luxury customer events in Canada's top markets, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and creativity to align with Porsche's luxury strategy. This role involves managing key corporate functions, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining high-level interactions with top customers to enhance brand loyalty and deliver consistent brand experiences.

The Senior Customer Journey Event Specialist will research, develop, plan, and execute luxury customer events in Canada's top markets, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and creativity to align with Porsche's luxury strategy. This role involves managing key corporate functions, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining high-level interactions with top customers to enhance brand loyalty and deliver consistent brand experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and nourish relationships with top customers within the country
- Provide KPIs and measures of success in relation to brand loyalty and retention
- Creation of effective marketing materials, i.e. presentations, post event recaps, KPIs, etc.
- Collaborate with Communications department to ensure brand messaging and customer relations are clear and consistent
- Manage administrative, legal and procurement tasks related planned event
- Research and develop target lists together with CRM
- Plan and execute 4-5 major events along 6-8 minor ones and gift sourcing per year, while maintaining accurate database identifiers within CRM
- Present compelling presentations with measurable results and metrics
- Participate in networking events and/or competitor events for inspiration
- Oversee vendor management and onboarding of new venues and/or suppliers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ Events or Hospitality Management experience
- Demonstrated success cultivating luxury hospitality among high-net-worth client
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in working with performance/luxury-brand segment preferred
- French language capabilities an asset
Employment Details:
- Salary: up to $39.00/hour (based on experience)
- Opportunity: 1-year contract with possibility of extension
- Hybrid: Some evening and weekend work to support event execution
