The Marketing Communications Specialist will research, develop, plan, and execute luxury customer events in Canada's top markets, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and creativity to align with luxury strategy. This role involves managing key corporate functions, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining high-level interactions with top customers to enhance brand loyalty and deliver consistent brand experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the production of customer-facing content across all touchpoints in the customer journey and analyze performance to optimize strategy.
- Define personalized content strategy, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with the internal team on loyalty marketing strategy.
- Coordinate content collection and production for monthly eNewsletters, magazine inserts, and product launch emails.
- Oversee the production and scheduling of all direct mail and electronic direct mail requests, ensuring premium, on-brand content.
- Work closely with the Customer Journey Team on brand communications for key customer events and manage promotional giveaways.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, manage assigned budget, and support the marketing team with various tasks, including RFPs, project management, and invoice processing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
- Previous relevant experience in CRM or loyalty Marketing in the automotive industry or marketing premium brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Marketing copywriting experience is must
- Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics reporting platform
- Intermediate French - Bilingual
- Salary: up to $36.00/hour (based on experience)
- Opportunity: 1-year contract with possibility of extension
- Hybrid: Some evening and weekend work to support event execution
