The Inside Sales Account Analyst will help support and expand the large social media self-serve advertising customer base by demonstrating the value of advertising solutions
Inside Sales Account Analyst Responsibilities
- Support and expand our large social media self-serve advertising customer base by demonstrating the value of advertising solutions
- Provide pre-and post-sales support for all self-service products via phone, email, and web chat and assist with product implementation and basic tool support Proactively reach clients over the phone and via email to increase the ROI for their advertisements by optimizing their ad performance and increasing their investments
- Expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and drive higher advertising spend for small and medium-sized businesses Improve client experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption and managing a portfolio book of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue
- Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive advertiser businesses to success
- HS Diploma or GED
- Min 2 years sales experience in relationship sales ad sales, digital marketing (preferably in a call center or sales environment)
- Min 4-yr work experience overall
- High level of professional customer service and sales mindset
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Wage: $21.39/ hour + 1,000 Bonus
- 12-month contract with a good opportunity for conversion
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Training provided: 6 weeks
